It is important that men and women learn skills that can help them to earn their bread and live with dignity and self respect. Girls are given vocational training in cooking, tailoring, embroidery, while both boys and girls are training in cashew processing, hostel management, etc.

We have a vocational training centre at Kadamwadi, Kolhapur where physically challenged men make tricycles, calipers, crutches, portable commodes, as well as school and office furniture. Almost all the furniture in our school and hostels is made by these physically challenged men. School furniture was also made for schools in Karnataka and Goa. Modified chairs and multipurpose wheel chairs are being made for Zilla Parishad Schools in Kolhapur.

Our vocational training center has been recognized by Government of Maharashtra to supply aids and appliances to physically challenged state government employees.
