We have leased one building from Kolhapur Municipal Corporation. This served as our first Hostel. After construction of Gharonda, we converted this unit into a full fledged workshop. Since everyone is not academically inclined, school drop-outs are given vocational training by which they can earn their bread and live with dignity.

                                   
At present (10) physically challenged staff and vocational trainees make calipers, tricycles, commodes as well as office and school furniture. The unit is supervised by a wheel chair bound paraplegic engineer.
