Donations to the following two projects are 100% Tax Exempt u/s 35AC of Income Tax Act 1961 vide Notification No. SO 998 (E) dated 5th July 2006 issued from File No. NC – 270 / 240 / 2005 for Assessment Years 2007-2008, 2008-09 and 2009-10.

1. Samarth Vidya Mandir – integrated co-ed school at Shanti Nagar,Uchgaon, Kolhapur. Construction of new school building has been completed in May 2008. At present there are 305 physically challenged as well as able bodied boys from backward rural areas are studying in Class I to Class VII. We would be adding one class every year. Click to know more
2. Swapna Nagari – Comprehensive project for rehabilitation of persons with disabilities at Sindhudurg. The project comprises of a Hostel, an integrated co-ed primary school, agriculture, Cashew Processing Unit, dairy and other agro based activities providing vocational training and employment to persons with disabilities. Other donations are Tax Exempt u/s 80-G of Income Tax Act 1961 vide I.T. Exemption Certificate No. Kolhapur HQ-4 / 216 / 80-G / 2005-06 / 1558 dated 10 Nov 2005 – Validity Period: 1 Apr 2005 to 31 Mar 2008
