Samarth Vidya Mandir is a totally barrier free integrated co-ed school. Students on wheelchairs can also access all its facilities. It has ramps, spacious classrooms and passages, a well equipped Computer Lab, a Science Lab, and a Library. Special toilets have been constructed for wheel chair bound students.

The first floor constructed with financial assistance from Canada International Development Agency (CIDA) and Maharashtra Seva Samiti Organization (MSSO), Canada. has been functional since academic year 2010-2011. It has nine additional classrooms, a Library, a Reading Room, and an auditorium with audio visual facility to hold guest lectures and to screen educational films.  We have also started a kindergarten facility to provide quality nursery education to children from the locality. 

At present there are (425) physically challenged and able bodied boys and girls from economically backward rural areas of Unchgaon and Mudshingi studying here from Class I to Class X. We provide hostel facility and free education and related facilities to all the disabled students. All facilities including transport in our bus is provided  at nominal cost to able bodied students. ‘Samarth’ is an unaided school run on donations from individuals and donor trusts.
